Common questions

When does the quota reset?
Paid users reset at the start of each Stripe billing cycle. Free users reset on the first day of each UTC month.
Can I pay with Alipay or WeChat Pay?
Stripe subscriptions only support card / debit-card payments (including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link). Alipay and WeChat Pay are one-off payment methods on Stripe and cannot be used for recurring billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from the customer portal whenever you like. Your subscription keeps working until the end of the current period and then drops to Free.
Can I switch plans?
Switch in the customer portal. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
